Couples Game Night

Couples game night was at the Gold's house this time. We were going to play dodge ball but had injuries in the group prior to the game and so we ended up just eating burgers outside and visiting out in the beautiful back yard. Good food, drinks and music! It was perfect weather and such a lovely evening.

TROUBLE!

Wine cork frames. I gotta make some of these!

Wonderful cherry tree in the backyard that is spread outwards and you can reach all the cherries!

Error correction (ha!)

OK, so on the Tempanyaki post the last pic was really Steve and I at BJ's pizza in Vegas! Guess I wasn't paying attention.........Sorry!

SWIM LESSONS

Colin has been taking swim lessons for about 2 years now. He is getting unbelievably good and Grandma Leslie and I are both sure he is the next Michael Phelps! He knows all the strokes and is so strong in his upper body~

Colin doing the butterfly!

Anyone for a dive?

Listening to the coach............well, sometimes listening...........

Putting on special flippers designed by the coach!

Anyone notice I am finally figuring out how to get captions on my pics! Yeah!

Lagoon Day!

Colin is really happy to be at lagoon!

Yes, we are all soaked after Rattlesnake Rapids! Especially Grandani!

Sara had lagoon day at her work and so Emalee and I went and met her there for a few hours. We did several rides, even got me on the OLD rickety roller coaster......

Tempanyaki Dinner

The end of May we all went to dinner at Tempanyaki. Nicole picked it for her Bday that was on May 6th. We were all so busy that it took us a while to find a night we could go. It was fun with flying shrimp and squirting mustard! Colin had a ball with the sous chef!

Happy Surprise Bday Sara!

Gotcha Sara! TJ planned a surprise birthday dinner for Sara with friends and family. She was surprised! After dinner Colin was very busy. He was at the swingset and had made a bar and was passing out drinks to the neighbors. Our little bartender!

BAKER VS. SCOTT

Steve and Pat had a bet going since the winter that Pat couldn't punt a ball 40 yards. Loser was to buy dinner for the other family at 5 Guy's Burgers. Needless to say Steve was a little lighter in the wallet by evening as Pat made it on 2 of the 3 tries agreed upon. Gimme a P!

First Grade Program

Colin had his end of the year First Grade Program. Lots of singing and poems. Thanks Mrs. Bresnahan and Midvalley Elementary for a great year!

Work Bdays are the Best!

I came back from Las Vegas and found my desk all decorated for my birthday in a Vegas theme. My team is so creative! There was a little bit of everything from dice cupcakes to Fojitos (thanks Jason for the fake mojitoes) for lunch!

Vegas Baby!

We spent the weekend of May 8th, 9th and 10th in Vegas. Michael and Nicole couldn't come as they were in CA for Nicole's birthday on the 6th. We went for a iron girl triathalon that Sara competed in. Also celebrating Dani and Colin's birthday on the 8th. We had alot of fun! TJ decided he was on vacation with the Griswald's! Things to remember: beautiful Lake Las Vegas, Southpoint Hotel, swimming, pizza at BJ's, Cheesecake Factory zucchini, bowling, colorful M & M's, ice baths, sunstroke and don't ever touch Sara's gum!
