February 17th was TJ's 28th birthday. We had a nice steak dinner and Emalee made this cake for him.......

I have the most wonderful daughter-in-law! She calls me just to say hi or ask me to do something with her. I must have done something right in raising Michael that he chose such a great wife! Love you Nicole!

New Year's in California

Sara, TJ, Colin and Emalee all went to California over New Year's. I'm finally posting some pics. They had a great time at the beach and Disneyland!

Emalee's 16th Birthday

Emalee turned 16 on January 25th. These are some pics from the Big Birthday weekend. Her friends McKenzie and Katie (with help from Reed and Wendy) threw her a surprise party with her friends. Then later in the weekend we did a family dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. And of course the big part.............everyone in the neighborhood lookout.........she got her drivers license!

Obama Inauguration Day Breakfast

Colin, Emalee and I went to Joy Scott's for breakfast to watch the inauguration. We had a fun time with her family and our other friends the Shewell's! It is a great day for our country!

Colin's first lost tooth

OK, so I really mean it now........It's Jan. 1,2009 and I'm really going to start this blog....... I am going to own up to a resolution-goal (Nicole says you break resolutions but you can keep goals!) I'm going to try to be more healthy this year! I'm not saying I'll lose 30 pounds but just to try to be healthier over all. I would like to try to walk the Salt Lake 1/2 marathon in April so I better get crackin'. Last year I wanted to get a blog going but that didn't work out so now I have to make up for that also so here's my shot. I'll even try to add a picture!
